Student exchange program

I am studying at the Nazarbayev University (Kazakhstan).
Program: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (1st year).
I have IELTS 6.5 and all courses in our university are in english. So, are there any possibility to be exchange student at the UNIST( taken into account credits per one semester)? If yes, where i can find detailed information about this? Thanks for the answer.
