Query Regarding Exchange Program

I am an undergraduate student of Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Kanpur, India. I am interested in joining your university as an exchange student for one semester.
I would like to know if any such programs are available and the procedure to apply for it.
I would like to make a remark that your university comes in the list of "Partner Institutions" of my institution.

First of all, current signed MOU between UNIST and IIT Kanpur is a general one, not specifying details about student exchange program. To exchange students, two schools should sign on student exchange agreement, which we don't have yet. Furthermore, the number of students to be exchanged on a reciprocal basis should be decided through discussions before signing the agreement.
